Fayetteville is quietly becoming a luxury real estate destination.

According to a recent Realtor.com report, the Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers metro led the nation among emerging luxury markets, with million-dollar listings increasing 37.7% year over year. Even more interesting, Northwest Arkansas had the highest share of luxury new construction among all markets studied.

As major employers continue to expand and more professionals relocate to our area, we're seeing increased demand for larger homes, custom builds, and premium neighborhoods throughout Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas.

This trend isn't just impacting million-dollar properties. It's helping drive demand and values for many move-up homes across the region as well.

The big four cities aren't the only places growing in Northwest Arkansas.

Since 2020, Centerton (+49%), Lowell (+22.5%), and Siloam Springs (+21.5%) have led the region's growth, while Tontitown (+86%) and Highfill (+77%) have seen some of the biggest population increases overall.

Northwest Arkansas continues to stand out! 🏡

Bentonville ( #43) and Rogers ( #82) were both named among the Top 100 Safest Mid-Size Cities in America, with Fayetteville also earning a strong ranking.

Just one more reason so many people are choosing to call NWA home.

Bentonville and Rogers both landed in the top 100 safest mid-size cities in the nation, according to a new study from SmartAsset.

SmartAsset reviewed more than 300 cities with populations between 65,000 and 250,000, ranking them on natural disaster risk, traffic fatality data, and property and violent crime rates from multiple federal agencies.

Bentonville came in at No. 43, Rogers at No. 82, and Fayetteville at No. 158 out of more than 300 mid-size cities reviewed, making NWA one of the strongest performing regions in the entire study.
