Wellness at Work, Done Right.

We had the pleasure of hosting a powerful wellness seminar this morning at CoFounder, led by one of our very own members, Amanda, with A Rooted Body.

What makes Amanda’s approach so impactful is her belief that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Through A Rooted Body, she focuses on helping clients reconnect with their bodies—addressing the foundational “roots” of health so they can not only function, but truly feel well. Her work is deeply personal, rooted in the idea that our bodies are constantly communicating—we just need to learn how to listen.

One of the most powerful takeaways from the session was identifying the four root causes that often sit beneath common symptoms—shifting the focus from quick fixes to real, sustainable healing.

Amanda walked us through the difference between detoxing and cleansing—breaking it down in a way that felt both approachable and grounded in how our bodies are actually designed to function. She also shared practical, bite-sized wellness solutions for many professionals navigating fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, bloating, and chronic stress—real challenges in today’s fast-paced environments.

We’re grateful to have members like Amanda who bring this level of care, intention, and expertise into our community.

We’re excited to introduce Carson Scott to the CoFounder community! Carson is not only building spaces but also helping to shape the future of Northwest Arkansas in a really meaningful way.

Carson is a Project Manager with Crossland Construction and is currently leading work on The Visionaries, a project many of you are already familiar with and super excited about. What inspired you to start or pursue this work?
I was pursuing a degree in Business and Marketing in College. I figured I should try to pick a type of business to pursue, and I knew I liked building things, so I went ahead and changed my major to construction, and it’s been one of the best choices I’ve ever made!

What are you currently most excited about or working on right now?
I’m looking forward to finishing up The Visionaries and welcoming people into that space. I’m excited to keep building cool new spaces in NWA, it’s a privilege to get to be part of community-changing projects!

Three words that describe you as a founder or leader:
Steady - Principled - Builder (teams, systems, culture - not just projects)

What helps you stay grounded or sane while building a business?
Faith in Jesus and my family. Keeping my eye on what really matters helps me stay grounded in a chaotic, constantly changing work environment.

We’re thrilled to officially welcome Daniel Philpot, Owner of PAINT Nail Bar Pinnacle Hills - Rogers, into our community. My wife, Macie, and I just launched PAINT Nail Bar Pinnacle Hills Rogers! (same development as the new Ruth Chris Steakhouse). We’re on a mission to create joy-filled experiences through exceptional hospitality. It is a place you can relax, rejuvenate, and have your nails cared for in a completely non-toxic environment. You’ll feel the difference the second you walk in, I promise!

Three words to describe yourself?
Maximizer. Harmony. Opportunity.

Secret to staying sane?
Trips to Mt. Hebron Park with our 2 kids, ages 3 and under, haha!
