This Spanish-style ranch home was in need of some TLC! The customer wanted to close in the carport by adding walls to the inside of the arches, but couldn't envision what it would look like. Using digital imaging, we RE-imagined this home with a fresh coat of exterior paint, faux wood slats in the arches, new shutters, sidewalk and planters. The RE-imagined image was used to convey the updates to the contractor.

By recreating this back yard as a RE-imagine rendering, the customer was able to figure out where the fire pit would look the best, and how to build it with the 60 edging blocks she had on hand. By drawing everything to scale and providing two different options, the measurements were then used to determine exactly how much rock was needed to complete the project.

The customer wanted to drastically change the look of this 1970's ranch style home by adding a gable-style overhang to the front porch. She also wanted to change the brick color, shutter style, garage door, landscaping and add faux rock to the front door area. She took this RE•imagined rendering to her contractor and was able to show him exactly what she wanted before ever beginning the project! This resulted in estimate accuracy and no room for miscommunication.
