Melissa had a fantastic time this morning at the CREW Network Northwest Arkansas event, “AI in Commercial Real Estate: Underwriting in Artificial Intelligence,” held at Onyx Coffee Lab’s newest location in Springdale. The event featured an insightful discussion with Perry Zheng., founder and CEO of Cash Flow Portal, who shared his expertise on how AI is revolutionizing commercial real estate underwriting. With his background as an engineering manager at Lyft, Twitter, and Amazon, Perry provided a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and real estate. It was a great opportunity to connect with industry leaders and explore the future of AI in CRE.
