We had an amazing time celebrating our property teams at the Bigos Beacon Awards at Smash Park in Roseville! The Preserve at Commerce was recognized for going above and beyond to achieve key performance goals: an incredible accomplishment amidst team changes, portfolio changes, and a shifting market. Help us collect school supplies for kids in need by dropping off donations at your community's leasing office or by making a purchase off our Amazon wish list. These items will be shipped directly to our corporate office, where we will pack the supplies into backpacks so these children will have everything they need for the upcoming school year.
