Maria Fairchild joined Lindsey and Associates in February 2009; after working as a commercial leasing agent for the Pinnacle Hills Corporate Park. Maria has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Her corporate experience includes 10 years at Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida where she worked in Retail Management, Human Resources, Public Relations, and Marketing. Maria was hired and relocated to NWA by Wal-Mart in May 2000. There she worked for the Wal-Mart Foundation and International Corporate Affairs. Her real estate experience also includes Commercial Sales, and Corporate/Executive Relocations. She is a Certified Agent and has worked numerous Employee Transfers and International Relocations for Wal-Mart and all its major suppliers, in partnership with SIRVA, Capital Relocation, and Brookfield, among others. Maria’s goal is to serve clients with properties of all price ranges with honesty, integrity and personal customer service. She is an active board member for the Benton County Boys and Girls Club and a founding member of the Mercy Hospital Woman with a Mission non-profit organization. Achievements
