We handle all scheduling on your behalf. From the initial call, we outline what to expect, collect all relevant information, and take care of the rest. We arrange the inspection appointment, notify all necessary parties, and coordinate any additional services such as sewer scope, radon testing, or mold testing. A payment link via credit card or Venmo will be provided, followed by a confirmation email to ensure everything is set. All that remains is for you to relax while we manage the process seamlessly.

Memorial Weekend Office Hours


Our office will be closed from May 24 to May 27, 2026, as I take a short vacation with my family. I’ll be checking email occasionally, but for urgent matters, you can reach Mindy or me by phone.

As Memorial Day approaches, we pause to honor and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice grants us the freedoms we enjoy today, both personally and professionally.

Keep your heads on a swivel!

Just received a text message for a home inspection. After deep diving into the request, from a Texas phone number, and researching the current owners name of home on the County property website. It was determined to be a scammer. I called the phone number, the person on the line could barely speak English, said his name was Brad, when I questioned him, he said no my name is David. I informed him that he is NOT the current listed owner of this home and we do NOT take Certified/Cashier's checks for payment.

Phone number to keep an eye out for: 682-587-7084.
Listed as a Google ViPN so that was another flag..

YES, APRIL IS NATIONAL HOME INSPECTION MONTH, and it's also the start of a new, very busy season of buying, selling and renovating homes. Furthermore, given the current quarantine restriction, an experienced home inspector service, such as Eagle Home Inspection, will become even more critical and valuable. We will use all precautions necessary to make sure all of us remain safe during these unfortunate times by removing shoes outside, using gloves inside and wearing a mask.

Since the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) was established 38 years ago, its members continue to illustrate their professionalism and reflect ASHI’s Standard of Practice, Code of Ethics, and continuing education opportunities. As homeowners, homesellers and homebuyers face today’s challenges, they will also appreciate ASHI’s credentials and impressive consumer resources. ASHI is the only home inspector organization that is certified by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
