Some closings are transactions. Some closings are stories. And this one was definitely a story. ❤️🏡

A HUGE congratulations to my beloved clients, Josiah and Danielle Wymer, and their precious baby boy, Hagen, on their beautiful new home in Northwest Arkansas!

This move had a lot of moving parts. Josiah and Danielle needed to sell their home in Neosho, Missouri, in order to purchase their new Anderson Custom Home in Centerton, Arkansas. Two homes. Two states. Two closings that had to work together. And, as real estate sometimes likes to do, a few unexpected twists and turns along the way. 😂

That is where having the right people around you matters.

Jessica and Justin Mustain with National Realty did a fantastic job representing the Wymers on the sale of their Missouri home. I absolutely love working with the Mustains. The three of us stayed in constant communication, coordinated both sides of the transaction, and worked together to find solutions every time something unexpected came up.
