BIO: Monica is a second- generation REALTOR®, Fayetteville native, who combines her love for the industry with her passion for the NWA community, the community that was pivotal in helping to raise her. ging market, all while providing the latest technology and professionalism. Before getting into real estate 15 years ago, Monica attended the UofA, receiving a Bachelor’s in Communications. She served the Fort Smith community as a multi-million dollar producer for years, as well as spent some time as a pharmaceutical sales agent. Monica took a brief hiatus from her real estate duties to live with her husband, Brett Goode, in Green Bay, WI, while he finished out his career with the Green Bay Packers. Now, as Packer Alumni, Monica and Brett, are passionate Packer fans and are so very thankful for the once in a lifetime experience. Monica has extensive experience in remodeling her own personal homes, as well as helping with friends and family, and has learned so much about the contracting and design process. She loves to help her client’s transition through that process and help them to see the hidden beauty and financial benefits in various properties. Recently returned home, Monica, her husband Brett, and their two children, Jackson and Blakely, have settled in Bentonville, and feel so blessed to start new roots in such a wonderful community. Monica is excited to get started again serving the community that served her so well!
