Winter is coming!! There are a few things you can do now to prevent some headaches and save some money for the holidays.

Seal up any drafts! Energy bills can shoot up during seasonal changes. Make sure your doors and windows have been sealed to prevent any wasted energy.

Clean the gutters! With just a single inch of ice, gutters have the pressure of almost 5lbs. per sq. foot. Regularly cleaning your gutters can save you hundreds!

Hey, I’m Nick DeShong, and I’m thrilled to share my journey in real estate with you!

I started as a Field Manager at Rausch Coleman Homes, where I learned the ins and outs of homebuilding.

I realized pretty quickly that it wasn’t the building that excited me—it was the relationships I formed with homeowners.

Just two days after earning my real estate license, I married my beautiful wife, Katie Jo.

Being married has deepened my passion to help people get their dream house or even their first house!

Starting out I felt nervous about not having all the answers, and being young. Who wants to hear the advice of a guy in his 20s?!

Thankfully, it’s not just about experience and contracts. It’s about helping people achieve their real estate goals.

Seeing the excitement on a family’s face as they purchase or sell their home is what drives me.

I am dedicated to ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout the process.

My goal is to serve 500 families in Northwest Arkansas over the next five years. I want to be the trusted partner that helps them achieve their real estate dreams.
