Whenever I go a little quiet on here, just know… I’m not gone—I’m just deep in the real estate trenches 🐝

Lately, that’s looked like 3 out of 4 listings going under contract, one already CLOSED 🎉 and the other two right behind it in the next few weeks. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.
