When I think back to purchasing my first home, I did a lot of things to cut my spending and save as much as possible.

These are the top 5 things I think are delaying buyers from purchasing their first home. For me, I look at the whole picture. That stop at the coffee shop, that quick snack from the drive through and the other side of it; not being ready on paper can add up to a mess!
