This one was a roller coaster.

In 8.5 years and nearly 90 transactions, I experienced something for the very first time: a buyer defaulting at the absolute last minute due to medical reasons!

All contingencies had been released, my sellers had already signed closing documents, the home was emptied, and title was scheduled to transfer the very next day… and then I received the news that the buyers wanted to back out of the deal!

Instead of immediately calling my clients with a problem, I leaned on one of my cardinal rules in this business:

Never call a client with a problem without a solution. EVER!

After a deep cleansing inhale….I worked overtime, made the calls, activated my network, and in less than 24 hours, we secured another full asking-price offer.

Hat Creek & Burney Falls Recap 🎣🏕️

Sometimes the best weekends are the simple ones.

Trout fishing on the lake, exploring lava caves, taking in the beauty of Burney Falls, campfires under the stars, good whiskey, great food, and even better company.
