A great reminder that real estate timelines don't always have to be linear. This Salem home was listed last year, but the seller decided they'd rather wait until warmer weather to make their move. Our 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗞𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲𝘆 took it off the market, stayed patient, and when the timing was right—we hit the market again and quickly went under contract! 🎉

Before you start scrolling Zillow and touring homes, do this first ➡️ get pre-qualified.

I’ve seen buyers fall in love with a home only to find out later it wasn’t an option. I’ve also seen buyers take a few months to get everything lined up, get pre-approved, and successfully buy the home they wanted.

A little preparation now can save a lot of disappointment later.
