Our office will be closed Friday, April 3, 2026. We will reopen normal business hours at 9am on Monday, April 6, 2026.
Quick reminder to our tenants: there is a dropbox to the left of the front door of our office for anyone needing to make a rent payment before late fees hit on the 6th. The box will be checked and payments entered over the weekend.

Need to put in a maintenance/repair request?
We have a new number specifically for putting in maintenance work orders (during business and after hours will use the same number). The new number is: 855-769-1904

Just a reminder to make sure you're taking the steps to prevent frozen/broken pipes, especially important with the forecasted weather coming in this weekend!
*Disconnect and drain garden hoses.
*If the temperature drops below 32 degrees, keep one or two faucets dripping slowly at all times. Water running through the system will help prevent the line from freezing.
*Keep the cabinets under the kitchen and bathroom sinks open so warm air can flow around the pipes.
*Keep heat on at all times, set at a minimum of 55 degrees, even if you will be gone for an extended period of time.
*If you rent from us, call us at 855-769-1904 if you suspect you have a frozen or leaking pipe (if the water is frozen outside in the meter barrel, RMU will have to respond.)
