Rolla Senior Apartments
Is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance, Technician, to join our team. As a maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repairs tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment.
Job Responsibilities
No less than 40 Hours
* Maintain appearance and of rental properties.
* Diagnose minor repairs and conduct routine maintenance.
* Maintain inventory supplies as needed and organized receipts.
* Keep accurate records of all work completed.
* Ability to work will with minimal supervision.
* Computer Skills.
