We’re excited to officially welcome Josh Ratliff, Realtor®, to the Acar Real Estate team!

After thinking about a career in real estate for nearly 20 years, Josh decided it was finally time to make it happen, and he brings an incredible amount of real-world experience with him.

Josh is a second-generation contractor with deep roots in the Rolla area. His father started his contracting business in 1975, and Josh has continued that tradition, working as a contractor locally for the past 24 years. With 30+ years of construction and electrical trade experience and more than 20 years as a real estate investor, Josh understands properties from a perspective that goes far beyond what you see on paper.

He knows what it takes to own, maintain, repair, improve, and invest in property - he’s ready to put that knowledge to work for his clients.
