Existing Home Sales increased 1.3% in August to the highest level in 17 months. The Median Home Price was reported at $278,200, up 4.7% year over year. Total inventory at the end of August was down 2.6% year over year. At the current pace of sales, there is a 4.1-month supply, down from 4.2.
