There’s a lot of confusion around “normal wear and tear” online lately. 🏡

People living in a space naturally creates wear over time, and not every small hole, scuff, or
imperfection is considered damage. At the same time, tenants should absolutely respect the
property they’re living in. ✨

A little balance and reasonable expectations go a long way on both sides. 🔑

It’s a small detail that can easily get overlooked, but when it comes time to return a security deposit, the last thing you want is delays or confusion trying to track a tenant down. ⏳
