🏠 Before becoming Estee Senior Apartments, the former Estee High School sat vacant for years and had deteriorated to the point where demolition was the only viable option. With spalling brick, rotting structural elements, and mold throughout the building, the future of the property was uncertain.

🦅 Liberty saw an opportunity to utilize our expertise and resources to make a lasting impact. After safely demolishing the deteriorated structure, we redeveloped the site in just one year, creating 37 quality, affordable senior homes while thoughtfully designing the new building to reflect the appearance and legacy of the historic school.

🙌 This is what we do: protect, preserve, and procure affordable housing that empowers communities for generations to come, giving new life to properties and new opportunities to local residents.
