Keep your pond thriving year-round with these seasonal tips from The Pond Pros - Aquatic management πΏπ§
π± Spring
As the weather warms, it's time to:
* Remove any accumulated debris like branches and dead fall.
* Check your water filtration / Aeration systems and make sure they are running smoothly.
* Gradually reintroduce fish after the colder months.
* Check your dam / water outlet and ensure water is flowing out of your pond properly.

During the warmer months:
* Monitor water temperature and ensure adequate oxygen levels.
* Control algae growth with appropriate treatments or beneficial bacteria.
* Provide shade for your fish with floating plants / submerged structure.
