Great news, inventory does continue to increase. however, it currently still remains a sellers' market. Homes are not seeing as many multiple offers as in the past year.

It is the simple supply and demand factor.
Less homes than buyer's = Seller's Market
More home than buyer's = Buyers Market

It always seems to be one or the other. I don't remember a time in my career that the numbers were equal but for a very short period.
