I forgot to grab a closing day photo yesterday, but this one was too special not to celebrate!
Congratulations to my incredible client, Chris Green, on closing on your beautiful lake home! This journey had more than its share of obstacles, but you never gave up, and together we made it to the closing table.

This closing hit a little different. ❤️

After months of searching, getting one home under contract and having that deal fall through, we finally found the perfect house… only to learn another offer had already been accepted.

But sometimes things work out exactly the way they're supposed to. When that contract fell through, the door opened for my sweet client, Kellie Bloomfield Babcock , and today she is the proud owner of the perfect home we had been hoping and praying for. 🏡✨

It was a pleasure working with Laura Jean StClair throughout this transaction. Thank you for making it such a great experience.
