Long time no see. Toukatly Properties LLC has been operating in silence behind the scenes, while overcoming a minor setback. But we have not once given up. More high quality affordable housing opportunities in Oneida County will be available soon!

We’d like to take a moment to reflect how far we’ve come, in an effort to drive home our mission.

Our first ever tenant was without a car, so we took an old bike we had laying around, bought a motor for it, and were able to get him on some wheels. They didn’t last quite as long as we’d have liked, but we did what we could. Toukatly Properties LLC was founded to help people get into better living situations, and we can’t wait to get back to doing what we love most, very soon.

It is with much sadness that we have to announce that Toukatly Properties LLC will not be acquiring new units for a while and will just be operating our current units. We have had some major setbacks that will take a while to comeback from but we are not going anywhere and will be back as soon as we can. Right now it is unknown how long it will be before we try to acquire and offer more great units to serve the people of the greater Utica-Rome area. We eagerly look forward to providing more great living experiences to the community as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding. However it is probably going to take quite some time.

We have been fairly quiet just going through the real estate acquisition process but rest assured this is not the last you will hear from Toukatly Properties because we are getting very close to being able to offer more units!
As far as the waitlist goes the 4 bedroom unit that will become available in the next few weeks has been spoken for and is currently reserved for a lease.
