IT'S FRIDAY 👀🔥

📍 Behind the Scenes with David Swift

Another week in the books, and despite spending a lot of time dodging raindrops, we've been making progress.

This week I had the opportunity to meet with a couple of buyers, get them connected with great lending partners, and start building a plan toward homeownership. I love working with first-time buyers because it's never just about finding a house—it's about helping someone achieve something they may have thought wasn't possible.

I also met with a client who is preparing for a move from Georgia to Alabama. Being licensed in both states allows me to help make that transition smoother, and I'm excited to help them navigate both sides of the process.

Looking ahead, next Saturday, June 27th, we'll be partnering with Spark Day for what promises to be an incredible community event. We'll be serving up smash burgers, my version of the All-American hot dog, and spending time with some amazing people. Events like these remind me why community matters so much.

Behind the scenes, we're also working on some exciting upgrades and new ideas for The Acolyte Cruiser. I can't share everything just yet, but I'm really excited about where it's headed and how it will allow us to serve even more people throughout our communities.

And before I wrap up, I want to wish all the fathers out there a very Happy Father's Day weekend. As a dad myself, I understand the sacrifices, responsibilities, and joys that come with the role. Thank you for everything you do for your families.
