You can't beat Spring curb appeal, so this is the perfect time to head outdoors and give your home a refresh. 🌳

Here are 5 quick ways to boost your home's curb appeal:

1. Clear debris and pull any weeds around walkways and driveway

2. Mow and clean up the edges of your lawn

3. Plant seasonal flowers in garden beds, pots or hanging baskets

4. Tidy up your front porch; clean off debris, wipe down furniture, wash windows, add a new welcome mat

A lack of homes for sale has made house hunting a challenge, but data is pointing to an increase in inventory ahead!

According to the 2022 Home Sellers Report, about 64% of prospective home sellers plan to list their properties by the end of August. 🔥

This is great news for first-time home buyers. According to the report, 43% of homeowners planning to sell in 2022 expect to close for $350,000 and below - which is the price range many first-time buyers target - and the segment that has seen intense competition. 🏡

An additional 39% of homeowners plan to sell their homes between $350,000 - $750,000, which is a price range popular among move-up buyers.

In the 2022 Home Sellers Report, recent sellers noted which home updates and repairs they initially planned on making vs. which ones they actually made before selling. The stats might surprise you!

For example, in the survey, only 34% of sellers initially planned on updating their landscaping, while a whopping 94% of sellers ended up taking on the project when it came down to it! 💯
