When you hire a roofer that puts a asphalt shingle on a pitch lower than 3/12 this is the results. I have had several lately where the pitch is under the 3/12 and eventually this is what you will get. Interior water damages and water ponding on the roof. Just because they are cheaper doesn’t mean they are better.

I can now say I have seen something new today. Not one but two cats on a neighbor’s roof. One got scared jumped from the neighbors roof to the one I am on and hit a tree and went down. The other is just chillin. Never have I ever seen a cat on a roof.

Growing up my favorite show was Tom and Jerry. Countless hours watching those two. Never while eating 5 bowls of cereal on the couch before school did I ever think I would be on the set where it was filmed. Childhood memories lived out today.
