Today I had a surprise visit from friends who also happen to be co-workers, Kim Webster & Todd Webster of Lionsgate Home Inspections LLC . They gave me what I would consider one of the most thoughtful gifts I’ve ever been given and I am truly thankful.

Makes it extra special that they were made by my sweet cousin from Sarah’s Royal Batch . Not to mention how incredibly tasty they were on top of being so beautifully made.

This is such a great reminder of shop local/ and support small business in our beautiful home of Rome. ❤️ There are so many wonderful people in our area and I am beyond grateful to call them my friends.

In March of 2023, my husband Felix and I decided to buy an investment property that I absolutely fell in love with.

Soon after, in May, I had the greatest pleasure of announcing the opening of my own Brokerage - Haven Point Realty.

After buying the building, spending some time on renovations all while juggling listings and sale pendings and learning the ropes as a Broker/ Owner I settled in to the sweetest little spot located at 112 W. Thomas Street, in Rome.

Fast forward a few month’s later to October when i happily announced the addition of Erica Welch of Haven Point Realty, LLC. Shortly after that in November we welcomed another awesome Salesperson Charles "Todd" Kelsey of Haven Point Realty, LLC.

With all this new growth in our business, we figured now was the time to expand our social media as well, so we can share our new listings, sales, and any helpful tips for real estate along the way.
