After months of work, all while battling a global pandemic, we at Prime Time Property Solutions can officially say we have sold our first Fix N’ Flip home!
When we first purchased this home, we knew we were jumping into the deep end. From new electrical and plumbing, to all new finishes and a complete second floor master bedroom transformation, this home needed love in every corner. At the end of the day, 4340 Cornell street was transformed into a forever home that a family will now be able to enjoy for the remainder of their life.
