Thanks to WKTV NEWSChannel 2 for bringing an accurate and positive light to what’s truly going on in our community.
I love what I do and part of that is being a beacon for why the Mohawk Valley is a great place to call home!

P.S. My listing didn’t sell for $262k - that’s an error - we can’t disclose the sale price until after closing, but the asking price was $299,900 and it sold well over asking with 6 offers. 🤩

The New York Post published an article that said despite Utica being an affordable place to buy a home, "no one" wants to live there.

New York Post is really throwing some shade at our City! I saw this article pop up tonight and thought it demands some conversation (linked in comments).
Quality of life can certainly be based on personal experience and individual opinion…which will vary person to person. But, “no one wants to live there” is a little bold!

The past couple years have me working non-stop day and night, especially in the Spring and Summer, as I write and receive as many as 3, 5, even 10 or more offers on most properties - that is certainly not something that happens in an area “no one wants to live” in!

Maybe NY Post would love to take a trip up to the Mohawk Valley to spend a day seeing our vibrant food culture, beautiful scenery, peaceful roads without traffic, and our friendly population….all the great things that make the Utica area a great place to live!

14 years at Coldwell Banker Faith Properties, and nearly 18 years in Mohawk Valley real estate. Half of my life has been spent helping people buy and sell real estate. Crazy, right?
Every day is different. Every day brings its own rollercoaster of challenges and victories, lessons learned, relationships built, and moments that remind me why I chose this career in the first place.

Sometimes I step back and think about the precocious little girl who walked around confidently telling everyone she wasn’t going to college because she was going to be a real estate agent as soon as she turned 18.
I’m wading knee deep in everything I ever aspired to be and it's incredibly humbling to realize that the life and career that once existed only in my childhood imagination has become my everyday reality.
I’m so proud of how far I’ve come, so grateful for every person who has trusted me to be part of such an important chapter in their lives, and incredibly thankful that the dream I had all those years ago became a career I still genuinely love.
