Yesterday, we celebrated TEN YEARS of business at Maximum One.
What began in 2016 with just three founding agents has grown into a brokerage of nearly 160 agents serving communities across Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. Over the past decade, we’ve expanded to multiple offices in three states, completed 4,041 closings, and surpassed an incredible $1,048,926,275 in sales volume. More than $1 billion in real estate… and we’re just getting started.
The journey hasn’t always been easy. We’ve navigated the challenges of launching a new brokerage, opening multiple offices, the COVID-19 pandemic, rising interest rates, one of the slowest housing markets in decades, and the heartbreaking loss of two of our three founders. Through every season, we have remained strong because our foundation has always been bigger than business.
Maximum One was founded because we believe God called us to this work. Along the way, we’ve learned that our greatest successes come not from chasing our own plans, but from faithfully following His. We give Him all the glory for every opportunity, every relationship, and every milestone.
