Here is a little information about me. I have been licensed in Georgia since 2013 and licensed in Florida in 2014. I bought my first rental home in 2014. I come from a family full of Realtors starting with my grandparents. Jim and Ivanette Free which started Jason Free Realty here in Rome, GA. They left the business to my uncle ( Jason Free) and my mother ( Trinie Davis) when they moved to Panama City Beach, FL., and opened up a real estate company there. As of 2014 Ivanette was the top listing sand selling agent in Bay County. In 2010 Jason Free Realty merged with Keller Williams Realty. My uncle Jason Free was the top Commercial agent out of Georgia in 2013. My mother Trinie Davis is still selling real estate, but she is the owner of a management company which manages over 2,800 rental properties. My sister Abbi Ratliff is currently licensed in AL, FL, and GA, she is a full time agent in Florida.
