We asked them to share a bit about their journey to building with Vitale, and their story fills us with so much joy!

"We really didn't need to move and love our lot and location, but the house is dated, and we really wanted a new style. We bought this home 3 years ago and since it wasn't my choice, I knew I wanted to move and have been looking for the right property for the last couple of years. Being recently married, it was time to build something together that we both would like and feel comfortable in.

I looked five years ago and knew of Vitale Real Estate & New Homes. I actually sat down with Gaspare to build a house but did not have the property yet, so I put it on hold. When looking again, we really liked the design and floorplan of Vitale homes. We felt comfortable with Gaspare, and since Gloria also knew Rene from school, it really made our decision easy. It was just getting over the dirt road; otherwise, we would have started sooner.

Trust and quality. I was in the building industry for 10 years; I sold new construction and also built a couple of houses with my cousin as specs. I know many builders that are difficult to trust even if their quality appears good. We feel very comfortable with Gaspare, Leah, Fannita and Michelle and that is huge when building. You want to feel that you are valued, not just a number. As a business owner with many clients, I felt Gaspare cares a lot about his clients as much as I care about mine. That was huge for us.

We can't wait to see the house progress and come together with all of the colors and changes. Michelle has been great in helping us with colors choices and design. We are truly so excited and thankful."

Gaspare, our President, was the captain of our journey around Lake Orion! 👨🏼‍✈️😂🚤

We had a little fun in the sun for our VRE team! Every year, we take a day to enjoy the lake as a team, strategize on how we can improve our delivery, and enjoy a little team building along the way.

It's a nice opportunity to connect with each other, and our lunch on the lake was so beautiful.

We recently had what we call a team field day. These are like team-building days for us, where we walk through our homes currently under construction in Highland Hills instead of only reviewing line drawings on a computer. It gives us the opportunity to experience each home in real life and see how everything is taking shape!

These days not only help us connect more deeply with the properties and homes, but also with one another as a team.

Andrew and Mariia just signed to build their forever home on their own lot!!! 👏🏻🤗

And just like that, it feels like yesterday that we first met, when really, it was back in 2021. At the time, it simply wasn’t the right moment, and we’re big believers in working with our clients when the timing is right!

After purchasing the perfect property, a beautiful, wooded four-acre parcel in Washington Township, they came back five years later to re-engage with us and begin planning their perfect home.

They worked with one of our external architect partners to create a home plan that would fit their family’s needs. Design-wise, they’re going for a modern stucco exterior, with large windows and natural light being two of their most important design priorities.

Their beautiful custom home will feature:

• 4 bedrooms and 3.1 bathrooms, including two Jack-and-Jill bathrooms plus a bonus loft space
• An open-concept living area with plenty of windows and natural light
• A custom prep kitchen
• A large recreation room

We love full-circle moments, and this relationship feels so aligned! We can’t wait to build the home of your dreams, Andrew and Mariia! Stay tuned for more updates as we move forward with this custom build.
