If you've been following along, you know this one has been a long time coming. The Modified Laurel at Highland Hills has had quite the journey this build season! Since our last update, so much has happened.

Framing is fully complete, the exterior is painted, and the roof and shingles are installed. Inside, the team is now working through the interior mechanicals, which means this build is well on its way.

Meet Mary Jane. Five years ago, she purchased a beautiful lake property in Oxford, MI with a dream of building something special. She was ready to sign in 2022, but life had other plans. For four years, she came back to the lake. Back to the dream!
