**Friendly Community Reminder**

As we are entering the summer season Romulus Housing Commission is committed to having our community stand out with exemplary curb appeal. In order to create a warm and debris-free community everyone must do their part by keeping their front yard, backyard, and surrounding areas clean and clear. This would also include making sure that the garage is properly contained and disposed of. While cleaning your surrounding areas everyone should ensure that there is no glass or sharp objects in your area. In addition, there is to be no auto repairs taking place on the premises. Also, there should be no gas cans/flammables, bouncy houses, trampolines, or unauthorized pets on the premises. As this is a serious lease violation that management is currently addressing weekly from our landscaper’s and maintenance reports. This issue is currently be addressed and will continue ongoing until it is resolved throughout the community. Lastly, the landscaper has reported difficulty with the weekly lawn cutting service as many residents are leaving trash, toys, bikes, and other objects covering the lawn. All items of such must be removed from the lawn prior to your scheduled weekly cut so that a thorough lawn service can be accomplished. Any resident that fails to follow the community policies will be issued a lease violation as our policies are being enforced. Please be reminded that Romulus Housing Commission does have a pet policy and it is posted in the office. For resident’s that have approved pets it is required that you clean up your pet’s f***s promptly and dispose of it properly.
