The latest Douglas County housing numbers are in, and the market remains active as we head into summer.

📈 New listings increased 21.7% from April
🏡 Active inventory rose to 565 homes
📝 Pending sales increased 5.0%
🔑 Closed sales climbed 10.3%
⏱ Homes sold 17 days faster than last month

With inventory holding steady at 4.4 months and buyer activity continuing to improve, both buyers and sellers have opportunities in today's market.
