Our original plan was to replace a 30-foot section of the old, rotten fence, but the adjacent 30 feet came tumbling down during removal. We dug 24 inches through root-infested areas and cemented 4x4 pressure-treated posts in place. To ensure proper sealing, we stained every 8-foot-long board and installed them with a gate that blends in and functions properly. This was a water leak that been piece replaced throughout the decks lifetime. The owner said 7 contractors said" nope out of my scope" not Higher Dimensions llc! We gave her a plan and told her challeng accepted. We had to put a glu-lam and bracket that holds structural weight as it was completely destroyed.
