Hard but gratifying! I felt it was completely unacceptable to leave this listing in bad shape for the buyers who moved in yesterday. I know if my sellers were still in the state they wouldn’t have let this slide because they loved and cared for this place while they owned it. Realtor turned landscaper for the weekend!

A HUGE HUGE shout out to my lovely fiance for taking time out of her weekend to come help me. I didn’t even have to ask. She went from a beautiful bride to be at her bridal shower, to pushing a mower along side of me all within the same day.

So thankful for the people in my life and the opportunity to work and serve. On to the next! 🙌🏼

Considering this is closing in two weeks I'm slightly late on this post but, SO HAPPY to be getting this one done for my friends.

I met these folks about 3 years ago when I sold this place to them, and I'm sad to see them moving back to Colorado. My first bitter sweet experience in real estate.

I look forward to seeing them continue to grow their family and am so appreciative I got to be a small part of their story.

(Also happy I have a place to stay when I visit Colorado now 😜)

Been a little too busy to post but, officially closed on a LONG transaction out in 10 mile! Still plenty of work to be done but the clients are happy to be moved in and closer to family 😎
