When looking for your next piece of property, there are a few “do’s” and “don’ts” to look out for that can be easily overlooked. Here’s just one important example:

✅ DO: Research the neighborhood before you make an offer. A house may check off all the boxes on your wishlist, but you want to make sure you can see yourself living in the community too.

🛑 DON’T: Buy a home based on its current decor. As long as the space will accommodate your lifestyle and furnishings, the current decor is temporary and only there to help you imagine the house as your home.
