🏡 SOLD! Congratulations to my buyer on her first home! 🎉

This transaction came with its share of challenges, but we stayed the course every step of the way. From negotiations to navigating the unexpected, I was there to guide my buyer through the entire process and get her to the closing table.

✅ First-time homebuyer

I wasn’t the realtor. I didn’t earn a commission. It wasn’t even my property.

One of my tenants called me worried. Her family’s Section 8 inspection was just days away, and the home wasn’t ready.

I asked her one question:

“Is this the home you really want?”

Without hesitation, she said, “This is the house we want.”

That was all I needed to hear.

Over the next few weeks, I helped coordinate the renovation, worked alongside the crew, and did whatever it took to get the home ready for inspection.

Today, a deserving family has a place to call home.

Sometimes the greatest reward isn’t a commission, it’s making a difference. ❤️🏡

Don’t always panic when you see mold.

Sometimes it’s just surface mold, and a cheap mold remover, or even bleach, can take care of it.

Don’t spend thousands to refinish your hardwood floors until you try this👇

🪣 Mop & Glo
🧽 Lambskin applicator
💪 About 30 minutes of work

It won’t replace sanding and refinishing, but it’s an easy way to bring back some shine and make your floors pop ✨ This is perfect if you’re getting ready to sell, rent, or just want a quick update.

💬 Have you tried this before?

✨ CLOSED ✨

When this buyer came to me, she had a firm deadline and one goal, become a homeowner before time ran out. I promised her that I would do everything possible to make it happen, and God answered our prayers.

🏡 First-time homebuyer
🏡 Multifamily property
💰 $20,000 in seller credits
📈 Appraised for nearly $100,000 over the purchase price

In a market like this, opportunities like these don’t come around often. This wasn’t just a closing, it was a blessing, strategic planning, and God’s perfect timing.

Getting this 3-family READY before it hits the market 🔥🏡

Nothing like a clean exterior to boost that curb appeal, and did NOT miss 💯

Crazy part? He’s only 20 years old and already running his own power washing business like a pro. Respect 👏🏾

He got my house looking RIGHT. If you need your property, sidewalk, backyard, etc. cleaned, HIT HIM UP ASAP🤳

STOP 🛑✋

Before you buy your next house, watch this ‼️🏠

Skipping the home inspection could cost you THOUSANDS 💰

Hear directly from a home inspector why this step is non-negotiable. 🔎
