Our participation connects eligible agents on our team with buyers reaching out through Zillow for help purchasing a home. These conversations create opportunities to meet buyers, understand their needs, and earn their business.
🏠 Zillow Sellers Connections
We also receive opportunities to connect with homeowners considering selling. Our agents help them understand their home’s value, discuss their timeline, and build a plan for their next move.
📞 Inside Sales (ISA) Team
Our ISA team follows up with inquiries generated through online marketing, direct mail, and our existing buyer and seller database.
They call, nurture relationships, discuss motivation and timing, and book face-to-face buyer consultations and listing appointments for our agents. Some people are ready now. Others need months of consistent follow-up before they’re ready to meet.
🔎 Zillow Preview
Preview helps us market homes during the pre-market period - giving sellers earlier exposure and buyers a chance to discover upcoming homes. It also gives our agents another valuable service to discuss at listing appointments.
💡 Zillow Pro
When contacts accept an invitation to connect on Zillow, Pro provides insights into their home-search activity. That helps agents have more relevant conversations and better understand when to reach out.
