Busy day of inspections! Condo and a pair of one year old inspections. There is not a structure that does not have some issues.

New build construction had some issues. Broken tiles, missing wall oven, incomplete install of carpet and exhaust hood, poor property drainage, unleveled A/C unit. Buyers should be happy they had me inspect their new build.
