Had two houses today with some big roof issues. Fiberglass showing through, damaged shingles, exposed nails, and holes in the roof material. Not what the buyers are wanting to hear but are happy they know before they buy the home. Home inspections are so important!

Active leak at the heating unit in the attic. Thermal camera and moisture meter confirm moisture and I found leak at heating unit. This is why I use these tools to do the home inspection.
