We kicked off a tailgate-style open house today at our newest development Kurv Tacoma, in Tacoma, WA. We leaned into local Seahawks pride with a falcon and football toss games. The event was hosted within one of the project’s largest warehouses spanning close to 1M sf.

The full industrial park encompasses 2.4M SF across four buildings on 160 acres and sits a mile from Interstate 5 and five miles from the Port of Tacoma, placing occupiers near one of the busiest PNW freight corridors without sacrificing access to WA-16 and the rest of the Puget Sound market.

Last week, we joined the City of Perth Amboy to break ground on Kurv Perth Amboy III, our third development in the city.

This milestone represents the transformation of a fully remediated 44-acre waterfront site into a long-term asset for the community. Once complete, the development will deliver a 471,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility designed to meet the evolving needs of modern occupiers while supporting continued growth in one of the nation's most important logistics corridors.

The project also reflects our commitment to creating value that extends beyond the property line. As part of the broader redevelopment plan, Kurv Perth Amboy III will return remediated land to the city for future municipal use and incorporate public open space along the waterfront, which will include trails and gathering spaces.

Named by the City as "A Foundation for the Future," the project is expected to generate new jobs, expand the local tax base, and reconnect the community with its waterfront. We are proud to work with the City of Perth Amboy on an investment that delivers both durable economic value and meaningful community benefit.

Giving back to the communities where we live and work is core to who we are at Kurv. Each of our offices makes it a point to volunteer multiple days a year, choosing causes and organizations close to home.

Most recently, our Chicago team spent the afternoon at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, repacking thousands of pounds of food for distribution to neighbors across Cook County, while our New Jersey team rolled up their sleeves to clean up a local park in their community.

The world’s biggest sporting event landed in our backyard this summer, with several of our Kurv markets doubling as FIFA World Cup host cities. Over the past few weeks, we hosted groups at key matches, trading site tours and development talk for goals, chants, and a few nail-biting finishes.

We’re also proud to welcome Gian Rodriguez as Market Officer, Miami, following the planned retirement of Kevin Carroll, who has led our South Florida platform for nearly fifteen years.
