Just sold in Phoenixville 🐦‍🔥

My client came to me through a mutual connection and knew exactly what he wanted - home within walking distance to town. We spent a rainy Saturday touring every new community in Phoenixville and settled on this wonderful home in Steelpointe.

Lucky for us, one very competitive offer later and it was his! In this market there’s no time to waste, and I’m so happy for my buyer and his family on this new adventure!
