Brennan Investment Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support our industrial portfolio across the Georgia and Memphis regions. This is a full-time, hands-on role working closely with property managers and cross-functional teams, including operations, accounting, and leasing.

Location: Remote, must be based in Atlanta
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of property administration or management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to grow their career with a national industrial real estate platform.

Brennan Investment Group is excited to announce the groundbreaking for The Ninety Logistics in the Village of Hoffman Estates last week. Thank you to everyone who attended. We are looking forward to working on this project with Keeley Construction, Grandview Property Partners, LLC, SpaceCo, Inc., Harris Architects, Inc., and our broker team, Jack Brennan, Mike Sedjo, John Hamilton, and Ben Dickey at CBRE. Special thanks to Mayor McLeod for coming to speak!

Brennan will develop a state-of-the-art, speculative industrial building totaling 201,600 square feet, featuring 216 parking stalls, 34 dedicated trailer stalls, 28 exterior docks, and 185’ truck courts.

Construction is scheduled to be complete by May 2023.

Brennan Investment Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Joe Macchione from Senior Leasing Associate to Vice President, Leasing. In his new capacity, Joe Macchione will head up leasing for Brennan’s Midwest region. Brennan’s Midwest region is comprised of 12 million square feet. Leasing in 2021 resulted in 160 transactions on over 3 million square feet of space!

We attended a great BISNOW Chicago Industrial Summit event last week. Our very own Kevin Brennan got the honor to speak on a panel about construction and development outlook and keeping up with increased demand and evolving trends. The event was held at the Drake Hotel in Chicago.
