This year vs. last year 🍎🍂

I love that Apple Hill is only a short 40ish minute drive from us! Before moving here I had never been, but now it’s a tradition to get up there at least once a season!

A few of my fav stops:

Hidden Star: kids play area

Grandpas Cellar: coffee flights, lemonaid flights, apple trees, big open grassy space, and food truck for a lunch stop

Pine-o-mine: you pick apple farm, apple cider and more!

Had the best time celebrating our girl this weekend with family and friends! She’s smiling her way to being a big two year old, and I’m such a proud mama! She’s become the most confident, happy, sweet little girl. I love watching her grow, but time goes way too fast!

I love this so much. And these clients were very special to me.

I immediately felt a connection to J. She is a great soul who was just so so appreciative and happy to be in the position to buy a house.

Piggy backing off my story from yesterday, sometimes the first house you offer on isn’t meant to be. We unfortunately lost out on an offer on a house that they thought was THE ONE, turns out.. the one we ended up finding was THE ACTUAL ONE. J got her dream garden AND a pool. Everything happens for a reason 🫶🏽

Through this transaction I went through a really tough family loss, and J was so supportive, lended me her shoulder and sent me the sweetest messages. Something I needed in those hard moments of trying to hold it together emotionally, but also be present for the transaction.

It makes my heart happy to see my clients happy, and to be there with them on this milestone journey! Before meeting me they really didn’t know what this process looked like and what would work for them, but luckily I was able to guide them, connect them with a lender and ultimately find them something they didn’t think was possible!
