📉 Rates below 6% are officially HERE!

We’ve hit a huge milestone: mortgage rates have dropped to 5.98% for the first time in over three years! 📉✨

🤔 Will they go down even more?
It’s the question on everyone’s mind! Experts from Fannie Mae and Zillow expect rates to stabilize in this low 6% or high 5% range for the rest of 2026. While we might see some small dips, the general consensus is that those pandemic-era 3% lows aren't coming back anytime soon.

💡 My advice for buyers:
Don’t wait for a “perfect” bottom that might never arrive. When rates drop, competition usually heats up fast! Focus on finding the right home now: you can always refinance later, but you can’t get back the time you spent waiting on the sidelines.
