She once received a neighbor’s advice that the wisest investment she and her husband could make was to purchase a home. It seemed nothing more than a dream to the then 23-year-old Andrea — until she was standing beside her husband in their own first home. That profound experience stuck with Andrea and eventually inspired her to begin her real estate career years later, eager to help others achieve the same goals and experience the same thrill. Though Andrea offers initial consultations to prepare her clients for what to expect, the reality is that they can expect nothing short of her honesty, integrity, knowledge, care, and, perhaps most importantly, her time and patience. Andrea has enhanced her service excellence with an e-PRO® certification, and she’s a Military Relocation Professional. Andrea is a mentor, productivity coach, and team leader determined to lift everyone around her. Just as important to her is the value she places on building lasting relationships with her clients well beyond the sale. In addition to military families, her heavy roster of clients includes experienced sellers, first-time buyers, and move-ups. Andrea’s peerless guidance has earned her high-ranking agent status and team-affiliation recognition over the years: In addition to her team placing in the top two at her previous brokerage, she ranked second of 365 agents. She’s also a member of the Placer County Masters Club. Born and raised in Sacramento, Andrea has lived in Placer County since 2005. She and her husband, Frank, have four amazing children, whom they love watching play sports, attending sporting events with, and otherwise spending time with — especially going camping! They have a large extended family that they love spending time with as well, and they gather often.
