We are a licensed general contractor and our primary business is full renovations (flips) and new construction that we purchase. We also pick up some small jobs for customers. We need an electrician to be our electrical lead but it will also be common to have times when there is no electrical so we're looking for someone who is willing and able to do other things as well.

We are a licensed general contractor and we primarily focus on flipping houses from foundation to roof and everything in between. We also take on some jobs for customers. We are running 3 crews currently and need someone who can be our runner to buy materials and get them on site for the crews, take trips to the dump with the dump trailer, etc. When there are no errands to run, you can jump in and help on job sites.

Ideal candidate will have:
- Construction experience and vast familiarity with construction materials. (A retired contractor looking to make a little money and still contribute would be amazing!)
- Access to a truck for hauling materials (ideally with a rack), able to pull up to 7,500 lbs.
- Trust worthy, high integrity, cost conscious, and team player.

$25-30/hr plus mileage reimbursement
