Our sweet clients sent me this email today.

We met them as a referral from an out of area agent we had worked with in the past. His Mom and Dad were thinking of making the move to our area to be closer to some other family and hopefully find a home in one of our local retirement communities with golf.

We met up, and immediately hit it off. We looked a several homes over the next couple of weeks taking the time to find just the right one, with the right amenities and the right view. We made our offer and was also able to negotiate a credit for some work to be done and close all in less than 2 weeks!

This was such a special home to sell. Our clients wanted a place for their daughter and friends to stay near the UC Davis campus. We searched high and low, out in several offers, only to get beat out. We didn’t loose sight of the goal and in the end we found a great home! Bonus, the listing agent was amazing to work with. I love it when that happens!
