I had the pleasure of welcoming my clients home just in time for the holidays this week! 🎉🎄

What I enjoy most about my job as a Realtor is the fulfillment I get in knowing that I was fortunate enough to take part in helping my clients make one of the biggest decisions of their life.

Finding, choosing and getting their forever home, that has all of the features that matter most to them when they envision their life for years to come.

It’s not just a specific sized kitchen or having a backyard.

It’s a kitchen big enough for specific family gatherings (and the kids friends when they get older!) and a backyard for the kids to play with specific toys that they love.

I’m grateful to meet such amazing people doing what I do!

Congrats again to my clients 🥂 I am beyond happy for you and your kiddos! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Congrats to my clients who are officially under contract 🎉🥂

Before I start working with my clients I always ask them: “What can I do to make your home buying process the best possible experience ever?”

Their response was: “No pressure to buy - an understanding that we are in not desperate to buy and willing to wait for the perfect house for us”

We took our time, we narrowed down our search and rolled with the market changes.

In the end, because they didn’t settle and we’re in the right position to buy, we were able to get them into contract on a home that months ago may have been a completely different story.

This home, has everything. They could immediately picture themself in the kitchen on thanksgiving and in the living area around the Christmas tree.

I’m grateful to have the opportunity to work with them and to take part in finding a home for their family right before the holidays!

We started working together exactly 29 days ago, the weekend their previous home had went into escrow and they needed to find a new home asap!

They have family in the Sacramento area and we’re excited to relocate to a Roseville (nice choice 😉).

Happy International YOGA DAY🧘🏽‍♀️

The day I first tried yoga, I was hooked. I had never experienced that level of mental clarity.

Once I started my yoga teacher training I knew there was no going back.

My physical yoga practice led me down a journey of personal growth and development that I’ll forever be grateful for.

When I started teaching yoga I said “yoga will forever be my gift to the world”. And it truly is.

Yoga, to myself and many others, is so much more than just a physical practice.

When I started teaching teaching, it’s like a light inside of me turned on.

I knew I’d never go back to doing anything for work that wasn’t deeply fulfilling.

Grateful to say I’m still following that path in the many avenues of work that I get to do to help people (in my coaching business and in real estate!) 🙏🏽🔥

It’s no secret that a lot goes into buying a home! What I love to do most, is to make the process SIMPLE for you.

Here are the 7 high level steps that go into buying a home 👇🏽

1️⃣ Meet with an agent. Once you meet with an agent you'll be able to get clear on the process and have them in your corner every step of the way.

2️⃣ Get pre-approved for a loan (your agent should be able to provide a few recommended lenders for you to shop)

3️⃣ Shop for your house!

4️⃣ Make an offer 🤞🏽

5️⃣ Go under contract

6️⃣ Head to inspection and appraisal

7️⃣ Get the keys to your new home! 🎉
